MY APPROACH

Nearly all my projects start off with a quick call to discuss the specifics of your business and the goals you want to achieve with the project.

The exact process will vary depending on what we are working...be it setting up an email platform, scheduling monthly consultations, or building a new sales sequence for your next launch.

No matter the project, my process includes three basic steps:

1.

Research & Develop Detailed Outlines.

A lot of the work happens in the early stages of the projects, when I'm getting caught up to speed on your marketing strategies and building out the detailed project outlines to get us on the same page.

The end result is a detailed outline of the project and it's components, such as outlines of the contents of a welcome sequence or the next month of email content.

If we are working on a platform migration, we'll organize all the details like customer segments, tags, and lead magnet integration.

2.

Execution & Revisions.

For an email sequence, this means writing the emails and designing them in the platform for your review & approval.

For platform migration it means I do the actual migration, bringing over tags and setting up the auotmations we talked about in the first stage.

There are multiple review sessions throughout this process to ensure we are on the same page and make any pivots before we are too far into the project.

3.

Final Review & Delivery.

Since you will be reviewing the project many times between start to finish, the final review is really just an approval of all the work and changes you requested.

When we are done with revisions and reviews, the project is complete!
